We recently had Mike round to plaster the walls and ceilings of 3 bedrooms and a lounge. The quality of his work and his attention to detail has been fantastic. He turned up at the same time every morning throughout the week and even reattended some weeks later to plaster a recess as we were having some new doors fitted. Mike suggested not plastering this area until after the doors were fitted, even knowing he would have to come back and finish it, to ensure we got the best finish. I would not hesitate to have Mike back or to recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mike!

We contacted Michael at MB Plastering to ask for a quote to paint our daughter’s bedroom. In addition to painting, we also needed some filling and general tidying.
Of the three companies we contacted, Michael was the first to respond. He came to view the job promptly and got back to us quickly with a quote and idea of availability.
What we particularly liked was that he could everything that we needed, without the need to hire a decorator for the painting and someone else for the filling and other bits. We were very impressed and accepted the quote. Michael booked the job in and we discussed a few logistics ahead of the work starting.
He arrived early on the first day and worked extremely hard to get things started. A couple of extra things cropped up along the way that we needed to do, and Michael was able to accommodate these for us (including some new skirting board).
Michael did a very professional job, both with the painting and filling. His attention to detail was appreciated, and he even popped back for a couple of hours on an additional day just to make sure that everything was finished off as it should be.
He was very neat and tidy in the house, leaving no mess, and a very personable guy to have around for a few days.
We would not hesitate to recommend Michael for any home decorating jobs. Our daughter is thrilled with her new bedroom, which is now the smartest room in the house! Thank you Michael for all of your hard work and advice.

Michael's quality of work is great - we have a old victorian house with high ceilings and ornate features - he ensured that we got a high quality finish whilst maintaining all the original features. Very considerate whilst in the house and was on time on both looking at the job and completing it. Already planning to Michael on our next room.
